Kelly Grady
Interdisciplinary Studies & Interim Program Coordinator
As interim program coordinator, Dr. Grady supports ENPH students and collaborates with faculty on program administration. She is a great first contact – she either knows the answer or will work with you to find it. Throughout her 20+ years in higher education, she has focused on how interdisciplinary approaches can address the complexity of real world issues and advance social justice. Dr. Grady also serves as associate director for Interdisciplinary Programs, a Bias Reduction and Inclusion Coach, an adjunct professor and a leadership coach.
Lulu Griffin
Admissions & Marketing Assistant
Lulu Griffin (any pronouns) is originally from Chicago, IL, and graduated in 2025 from the College of William & Mary, with a B.A. in Linguistics and Asian & Pacific Islander American (APIA) Studies. Lulu is now a current student in the M.A. in Engaged & Public Humanities, working to bridge the studies of APIA identities and linguistics through the program. With previous experience in university admissions, Lulu recognizes the importance of admissions and program support, and is eager to continue building community between prospective students, current students, alumni, and faculty alike!
